Eight months old!

Alex is eight months old today and quite the monkey.

He moves constantly.

He loves to stand up and climbs everything in his path, including me.

Mommy and Daddy are looking for a productive way to channel that energy.

Any suggestions?

Merry, Merry!

Alex had VERY Merry Christmas!

For Christmas #1, his Floridian relatives paid him a visit . . .

. . . and so did Santa Claus.

He loved all of his presents

. . . and everyone else's.

The greatest gift was meeting his Great Grandfather Taylor for the first time.

Then it was off to Bluefield for Christmas #2 with the Johnson clan!

In this picture, Alex has just learned that Santa brought him not one but TWO sippy cups! He has obviously been a very good boy over the past seven months.

Afterwards, he spent the entire week with his Auntie Jessie. By week's end, they were even dressing alike.

Welcome 2010!
