No labor today

Alex was exceedingly excited about the first UVA game of the season.  Thus, you can imagine his despair when the 'Hoos fell to William & Mary Saturday night 14-26.  We tried to comfort him with a walk around the block, but as you can see from his furrowed brow, he remains concerned about the fate of the Cavalier football program.

Other than this night of disappointing football, Alex enjoyed a lazy Labor Day weekend.

He was still distressed on Sunday morning...

... but he cheered up on Monday after kisses from Mom, a nap, and lunch with Grandma Cookie and Grandad.
